Wednesday Wonders of Science: The Physics of UFOs

The third Wednesday of every month, come learn about a fascinating aspect of science and the world around us.

UFOs have long captured the public imagination. This month’s speaker, Kevin Knuth, will discuss the physics of UFOs and ask whether the apparent capabilities of these objects are consistent with what would be expected, or necessary, for interstellar (alien) spacecraft.

Kevin Knuth is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at the University at Albany, a former NASA research scientist, and the co-founder and President of the robotics company Autonomous Exploration Inc.

Register at the reference desk, by calling 518-482-7911 x2, or online.
