Djembe Drum and Dance Workshop

 

[For All Ages] An exploration of traditional West African culture: The Djembe Drum and Dance workshop is a three part series that encompasses rhythms, song, and dance for teenagers and adults. Beginners and intermediate level students will enjoy the program while being challenged to learn music and movement. Come in loosely fitted clothes you are comfortable in for dance! Percussionists are welcome to join. A limited number of drums/instruments will be supplied; please feel free to bring your own!
