Friends of the APL Special Program - "The eba Legacy Project"

[For ages 18+] Marianne Schultz and Maude Baum discuss the Legacy Project and extensive archives of eba, and Albany artist collective that began in 1972. The program includes a reading from Schultz's forthcoming book about Baum and eba.

Marianne Schultz, PhD, is a dancer, choreographer, writer, teacher and historian. Born in the Capital District, she has recently returned to the USA after living primarily in New Zealand since 1986. Her work on dance and performing arts history have appeared in numerous international scholarly journals and she is the author of two books on performing arts history. 

The Friends of Albany Public Library host regular book reviews, author talks, and special presentations every Tuesday at 12:15 pm at the Washington Ave. Branch. These presentations are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
