Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that can help to improve flexibility, balance and muscle strength, ease pain and stiffness, improve sleep, and improve a person's overall wellness. Join us for this session running from October 2 to November 20. This session can be done in a seated or standing manner. 

For adults of all ages and abilities. Please register at the reference desk, by calling 518-482-7911 x2, or by clicking below. Feel free to attend the sessions on Wednesdays, Fridays, or both.
