FAQs:
"Don't Friends sell books? Why are you selling movies?"

Of course we have books! But most of all, we have DVDs. FFAPL receives lots of DVDs, all the time from the Albany Public Library. Did you know that there are currently 18 copies of "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood" in the Albany Public Library collection (and about 50 in the whole UHLS)? That's not unusual for your favorite new releases. But after a few months, the Library discards a dozen of those copies to make room for your new favorite movies. We know that some of you still want to see these movies. Now you can have them, forever, for less than the price of a Redbox rental. Take them to the lake. Leave them in the back of your car. Bring them with you on that long bus or train ride.

"Can I donate my books/CDs/DVDs to this sale?"

Usually, our reply is a resounding yes! But, due to Covid19 protocols, we can not accept donations at this time. Our sale will include materials discarded by the Albany Public Library this summer, and materials which were donated to the FFAPL in February and March of this year.

"Can I give you items that I don't want from my grab bag?"

No, you can't: that's the point of grab bags. You take it all and try your luck.
That said... there IS a Better World Books drop bin in the Delaware Ave parking lot! So you can go through your grab bags.. Don't like something? Drop it in the bin!
