Flash Fiction Workshop
Do you have something to say in 300-1,000 words? This genre requires the writer to pay attention to the customary features of longer fiction---character, setting, conflict, point, language--but in a rather compressed and challenging way. Participants will study examples of flash fiction and then, working from prompts, write a couple. Led by presenter Paul Lamar, who enjoys teaching reading and writing workshops through the Albany Public Library system.
This workshop will be conducted over Zoom. Please be sure to include your email address when registering, and a Zoom link will be sent to you the day before each session. For help getting set up with Zoom, or any other questions, call us at (518) 217-8554 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
