Tai Chi for Beginners
[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that can help to improve flexibility, balance and muscle strength, ease pain and stiffness, improve sleep, and improve a person's overall wellness. Join us for this eight-week session running from August 10 to September 28.
Please note: Outdoor library programs are limited to City of Albany residents and registration is required. Attendees from different households are required to maintain six feet of distance at all times. The library reserves the right to cancel or adapt the program as needed for weather or safety issues.
