Tai Chi for Ease of Movement and Energy In-Person

[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Join us in learning a sequence of gentle, coordinated, and relaxing movements to increase your energy and ease in moving in all your daily activities. These safe, slow and efficient movements will help you achieve improved balance, mindful relaxation, and joy in moving.  Tai chi can be learned by anyone regardless of age, and it can also be done seated. Beginners welcome. 

Join us for this eight-week session running from May 10 to June 28.

Sabine Seiler, PhD, is an educator, writer, and translator as well as a Tai Chi instructor and has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region.
