1st Saturday for Families: National Hug Your Cat Day (LIVE at the Delaware Branch) In-Person
[For children 0-8 and their caregivers.] Meow!! National Hug Your Cat Day is an unofficial holiday celebrated on June 4. It is the purr-fect opportunity for cat owners to express their love for their furry companions! This month Miss Sarah and Miss Hannah will read books and sing songs about kitties, and lead children in a super adorable cat-themed craft! Please register only the CHILDREN needing a spot.
Note: Registration is not required. However, if you would like to receive reminders and notifications of any changes, please register. From June-August this summer, 1st Saturday for Families will be in-person and outside on the back lawn at the Delaware Branch! In the case of inclement weather, we will email registrants at 9:30am the morning of the program with any updates. If necessary, the program will take place inside the library.
