Introduction to Sound Bath Meditation In-Person
[For Adults] Music has been used for centuries for healing and meditation. It helps to induce a deep meditative and peaceful state. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engage our relaxation reflex, and inhibit our stress response.
During this workshop, we will discuss the history, benefits, and become introduced to some of the instruments that can be used during a sound bath meditation. Nicole Miele of Rock & Soul Wellness will then bring together the soothing sounds of the singing bowls, drums, gongs, and other instruments for a meditation to help clear your mind and relax your soul.
This workshop will take you on a journey that is sure to leave you feeling relaxed & renewed.
