Read it Forward Party: "Beyond the Bright Sea" with Lauren Wolk In-Person

[Ages 9-18] Pick up a free, giveaway copy of "Beyond the Bright Sea" at the Howe or Delaware Branch any time after June 24, when Summer Reading kicks off. Enjoy the book, then come by the Howe Branch for a pizza party and brief book discussion beginning at 5:30 pm, Wednesday, Aug. 10. Then stay for a live virtual event on the big screen at 6 pm with  Newbery-award winning author Lauren Wolk. There will be time to ask the author your questions about her books. Many other participants from Rensselaer and Albany County libraries will be tuning in to discuss the book. Every registrant will receive a Zoom link, so that you can attend online if you can't make the party.
