Wednesday Wonders of Science In-Person
[For Adults]The third Wednesday of every month, come learn about a fascinating aspect of science and the world around us. Our presenters will discuss a different topic each month.
This month's discussion will be "Windows on the Universe". Vivek Jain will cover the ways we observe the universe. The technologies range from earth-based to space-based telescopes (e.g., Hubble, the new James Webb), new ways use neutrinos (a fundamental particle), gravitational waves (predicted by Einstein's theory of relativity).
