Tai Chi for Balance and Fall Prevention In-Person

[For Adults of all ages and abilities] Join us in practicing the gentle, coordinated, and easy Tai Chi movements to improve
your balance. Learning these relaxed and safe practices will help you be more
confident in all your movements. Tai chi has been shown to improve breathing, mindful
awareness, and flexibility— it’s an enjoyable and energizing experience for body and
mind that benefits your overall wellness.

Tai chi is for everyone and can be learned by anyone of any age; the class can also be
done seated. Beginners welcome.

Join us for this seven-week session running from September 13 to October 25.

Sabine Seiler, PhD, is an educator, writer, and translator as well as a Tai Chi instructor and has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region.
